DMCA Policy

Last updated: 17 July, 2026

AnimeFLV (“AnimeFLV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of https://animeflv.dev/ (the “Site”) to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), 17 U.S.C. § 512, we will respond expeditiously to properly submitted notices of alleged copyright infringement.

1. Our Role as a Service Provider

AnimeFLV does not host, upload, or store video files on its own servers. The Site indexes and embeds streams made available by independent, third-party hosting providers. If you believe that content accessible through the Site infringes your copyright, we encourage you to also contact the underlying third-party host directly, as removal of the source file will resolve availability across all sites that reference it. We are nonetheless committed to promptly disabling links to or embeds of material identified in a valid takedown notice.

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a notice of alleged copyright infringement, please submit a written communication that includes all of the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list of such works;
  • Identification of the specific material claimed to be infringing, including the exact URL(s) on the Site where the material appears, with enough detail to allow us to locate it;
  • Your contact information, including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

Notices that do not substantially comply with the above requirements may not receive a response.

3. Designated Copyright Agent

DMCA notices should be sent to our Designated Copyright Agent:

4. Our Response Process

Upon receipt of a valid takedown notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the identified material or embed, and, where applicable, will make a good faith attempt to notify the user or party responsible for posting the material of the removal.

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature;
  • Identification of the material removed and its location on the Site prior to removal;
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the United States, an appropriate judicial district), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may, in accordance with the DMCA, restore the material unless the original complainant informs us that they have filed a legal action seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringing activity.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

We reserve the right, in appropriate circumstances, to restrict or terminate access to the Site for users or contributors who are determined to be repeat infringers.

7. No Legal Advice

This policy is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice. If you are uncertain about your rights or obligations under copyright law, please consult a qualified attorney.
